Each unit is fully dismantled and reassembled. Each main frame is broken down and a new chain is inserted for years of use. Each rack gets new bushings. We replace rollers as needed, no tiger stripe rollers. Install a new fan, due to most have gotten moisture from use. Replace the solenoid hoses, and quick disconnect plus new drain plugs. We fully test these units with film for clarity. Each unit is covered under a 1 year parts warranty, even the drain plugs are covered. We are a AFP dealer.
