Each unit is fully dismantled and reassembled, and then the case is painted for a pristine look. Each main frame is broken down and a new chain is inserted for years of use. Each rack gets new bushings and rollers are replaced as needed, no tiger stripe rollers. We install a new fan, due to most have gotten moisture from use, replace the solenoid hoses, quick disconnect, and add new drain plugs. We fully test these units with film for clarity. Each unit is covered under a one-year parts warranty, even the drain plugs are covered. We are an AFP dealer.
